Ed Will be at the Following Places this Summer and Fall

            June 15 and 16, 2013
    I'll be at Old Bedford Village during a massive Civil War battle re-enactment signing copies of The Little Drummer Girl of Gettysburg.
    Find me in the Gift Shop both days from 9AM to 5PM.
    This promises to be a great weekend commemorating our nation's Civil War with hundreds of participants, horses, cannons and spectacular battles each day.
    Old Bedford Village is located at
    229 Sawblade Road just off old Route 220 just about 3/4 mile south of the Turnpike Interchange.

    Spend part of your Fourth of July
celebration with me at the 39th Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival. I'll be snuggled in among over 275 arts, crafts, and food booths at a location called Writers' Alley.
    I'll be here from 11AM to 3PM on the 4th Along with M. A. Mogus who will be signing copies of her novels.
    Once you find me, I'll be signing copies of The Little Drummer Girl of Gettysburg, The Dutch Uncle, Route 30 - Pennsylvania's Haunted Highway, and The Haunted Foothills.
    The Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival is located within Twin Lakes Park on Georges Station Rd., just a couple miles East of Greensburg, PA.

                    July 6, 2013
     I will be in Gettysburg giving a short talk about the role of juveniles in general and drummers in particular during the Civil War.
    I will also be signing and dating  copies of The Little Drummer Girl of Gettysburg as souvenirs of the anniversary.
    Route 30 - Pennsylvania's Haunted Highway with a never before told story that happened at Gettysburg will also be available for sale and signing.
     I'll be there from 9AM to 3PM at the
American Civil War Museum Complex at
297 Steinwehr Ave. in Gettysburg in a tent on the grounds of their Civil War Village. Also within the main building is the world-famous Civil War Wax Museum and the largest gift store and book shop in all of Gettysburg.

Lincoln Highway Haunted Program and Book Signing Set

 

Haunted Program at Lincoln Highway Heritage Corridor

The Lincoln Highway Heritage Corridor will host a haunted program, “Haunts and Hot Fudge Sundaes” on Thursday July 11, 2013 at 7:00 pm. Ed Kelemen, author of “Route 30- The Haunted Highway,” will be at the Corridor promoting this newest novel that takes the reader on a trip across Pennsylvania on the historic and haunted Lincoln to meet the spirits at over 50 locations from Point State Park in Pittsburgh to Independence Hall in Philadelphia. Guests can attend a presentation on haunts along the Lincoln Highway, enjoy a hot fudge sundae and conversation with the author, and get their copy of Kelemen’s book signed.

Kelemen is a writer, columnist, and playwright who lives in New Florence, PA; his articles and short stories have appeared in numerous local, regional, and national publications.

As a lover of ghostly tales, I truly enjoyed Ed Kelemen’s Route 30, Pennsylvania’s Haunted Highway. From Pittsburgh’s haunted trails through to Philadelphia’s ghostly conclusion, the excitement never stops. A great ride!” says Patty Wilson, author of over a dozen books about ghosts and the paranormal.

    Meet me at the Ligonier Public Library on the Diamond in the heart of Ligonier, PA at 7PM in the Pennsylvania Room at 7:00PM.
    As part of the Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of The Lincoln Highway, the nations first transcontinental highway, I'll be giving a short talk on it's significance in the paranormal realm and the hauntings that are along its was from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia.
    Soft drinks and light snacks will be provided. Signed copies of Route 30 - Pennsylvania's Haunted Highway will be available as well.
